Definitely feels less tense with the RTO, but I felt that under Mike. Still, they haven't made announced any policy changes about flexibility. But the Alpharetta office is pretty empty on Fridays. I wish Takis and Fiserv well but I don't plan to stick around and wait for him to improve things. The culture is sh-t and with this impending 8% RIF, he's already working out of Frank's playbook by making big cuts to make earnings.

My biggest issue with Fiserv was the mandatory in office hours. From what I understand, they've given department heads more discretion with how they implement the policy for their teams, so I have no more complaints. Takis seems to be a reasonable man, so I'm rooting for his and the company's success-- so long as it's achieved through means that are ethical and wise. I'm sick and tired of seeing people like Fr@nk win. At some point, decency has to win.

@a4 here in Coral, inside temps are 68 degrees. I'd rather be freezing than sweat to death inside a building.
They should enforce the suit and tie dress code in Lincoln again. Let's get the employee to spend way more money on dry cleaning.
Are they going to give out snow cones in Lincoln during the winter when the office temperature is 46 degrees?
Lincoln office should have been shut down years ago.
Multiple people have complained to building maintenance about the ridiculously hot buildings in Lincoln and are given a canned BS answer stating that the temperatures are within acceptable range - which apparently can exceed 80F. This company is definitely going bankrupt if they have to penny pinch the A/C - literally the only perk of a cubicle job.
