Final stage of recruitment process for another company
However I know how lean my team runs and how much me leaving will add the pressure to them all
I feel guilty even though logically I know I shouldn't and how stupid that is
I can't be the only one to deal with these emotions though, in even considering actually resigning
I like all the people I work with and my manager. Its the company direction and dysfunction that I don't believe in
You are one of the people who cares about the company and the people you work with. You have to do what is right for you and your family. The company is always the company first above any individual. Good luck.

Leave the company. Fiserv could lay you off any day now. I saw they just increased the price of a soda in the milwaukee location. Sure, its only 90cents now. But, it went up. THe company lays you off, your team will be sad, and over worked, but if you get another job, at least you will be taking care of your self. Because Fiserv has no interest in taking care of you (and to be fair, that is true of most corporations anyways)

I loved my team, even liked my manager. Heck, even liked my job and clients. But I couldn't deal with the corporate abuse. No one was bitter when I left, and your team wont be either. We all know. Everyone knows why. HR even knows why people are continuing to flee. Protect your peace and leave.
If your new company has any openings, make sure you let your former coworkers know about the opportunity. You already know what type of workers they all are.

It's means you care about other people, in this case, your colleagues. Don't feel guilty. Perhaps your move will be their motivation to change their circumstances if they choose to. Maybe if they also leave, the company will make the necessary changes to give people better work-life balance or raises to make the extra stress and headaches worthwhile until it's no longer worthwhile. Go enjoy your new life! They'll be all right.
You won’t regret it! I had similar feelings when I knew I was leaving but never been happier or relived to no longer be part of Fiserv.
Your teammates can leave at any time also (and should). Proud of you for putting in the work to find something better and better your situation before things at fiserv get any worse. I've yet to see things improve at fiserv over the last 16 years. Every year, layoffs, attrition without backfill, illogical mandates from the top. There's no real investment in the people or products, hence the current situation.
