This place is a f'n joke! Surplusing employees while vendors (his vendor) are adding complete unnecessary teams (and they are boasting about having him in their pocket and the promises he has made to them). This vendor rep was boasting about it this week right in the center of 7th floor. Many of us heard it! Our CIO is pushing his agenda while long term good employees getting sc--wed. When does it stop? Mark my word- we will all be gone soon. I have over two decades with T and I have never seen anything like this mess. It is not strategic, it is self motivated by our "leader".

Surprised there is no mention of the brother of a director being hired by Matt’s vendor- and being put on the Cricket account! Clear violation of COBC even if disclosed. Just a continuation of the depths of fraud here all being supported by our “CIO”.
I love the Cricket Page. The T rejects came over there and made themselves a big ol pile of.....

Proudly retired, and I could not be happier with where I am today. I continue to hear about the troubles unfolding, and, truthfully, I am not surprised. I had my concerns when the situation involving the agile coach—something that was plainly out in the open—was quietly brushed aside rather than addressed with the seriousness it deserved.
It is unfortunate to see what has become of a place that was once a truly wonderful and dignified place to work. There was a time when integrity, accountability, and professionalism meant something. Sadly, much of that dignity appears to have been lost.
I heard it too. More noteworthy is also the Director standing there as well. Not that we didn't know he was dirty when he fed into Tubbys agenda for years, but it is funny how he has now pivoted to su-king up to this vendor and MH. He can shove it and his BS COP's were the sun doesn't shine. Useless guy who knows noting outside of front end development, and even that is a stretch......
