I think we are close to reaching a tipping point. For those who leave, be sure to encourage and pull anyone who is good with you after you leave.

For those of you that get a job with a large company after leaving EM, please recruit as many EM personnel as possible.
LIke every dynasty, they eventually end and the bigger they are the harder they will fall. XOM will hit rock bottom and go through many leadership changes to try to get back to stockholder expectations, but it will take multiple cycles to repair any reputation and trust in the direction the company proposes. In it's final existence, it will be a shell of a company just trying to hold on to assets that others operate.
