Wth the lunch is the FactSet’s culture and only worth benefit, they’re so in need of money they should probably fire duplicate sales people.
Imagine the to be $200k USD annual, that would feed a year of employee in an office of 50 pax.

They’re cutting everything they can, slowly. By the time you realize, it’s already gone. Or if you do notice and get rightfully annoyed, there’s another manufactured fire drill to consume your attention.
I would be more worried about getting RIF'd then about lunch and snacks
