Humana, PLEASE give us raises that keep uo with inflation.
Every employee, every year, should be receiving an annual raise that percentage wise to their current salary exceeds the current rate of inflation.
The math shouldn’t be that hard for you. I am confident you HR and Financial Consultants, and Actuaries can figure it out.
CMS gave Humana a 5.06% raise this year… Humana gave us 0%. In fact, they reduced our benefits (401K match reduction, life insurance reduction, etc)
Sad time are here to stay.

you’re assuming any corporation cares? It’s not about their employees. It’s about their bottom line.
@fz The way I see it, there are two groups. One group of employees that want more and better and fair treatment.
Then, I guess there are those that would like to keep those things from employees that the second group feels are beneath them. Also, the second group is living a delusional fantasy that somehow they are untouchable and the company will always protect them and ensure they never get into the first group.
Seeing as how you are pushing back on this innocent post, I and others can only assume that you belong to the second group.
you really think we’re gonna get raises? The entire utilization review department didn’t get raises last year. I don’t see anybody getting a raise this year either will be lucky if we can get a bonus. They’re most certainly going to be a layoff given. We’re extremely overstaffed and have very little work.
It’s all about how much the investors want to squeeze every penny for themselves so nothing is left over to reward the people who do the work and in turn make more for them.

Agree! It would be so helpful to so many still here. I've had to cut back on everything and considering starting to go to a food bank to supplement needs. I'm already scraping by to survive and everything is costing more. It's sad to see multiple executives making 8-20 million and I have to go to a food bank. I don't live in an extravagant house, I drive an old car, everything is costing more and I still can barely make it. I would be ashamed of myself making that much knowing my employees don't get a raise and barely making it. I know others in our company that are indeed going to a food bank to survive. How does that make leadership feel? With your salary paying housekeepers and nanny's running your house and your employees are going to a food bank? I'm saddened to see where our jobs are going over seas and lining the pockets of leaders. Healthcare is going downhill and putting the hands of American healthcare to people overseas who do t even understand. They are just cheap labor. Sad.
Maybe a hunger strike may motivate them to give you a raise?
