October is the next large scale layoff. Those who have been around long enough call it the home for the holidays layoff. Usually November, this year it’s a month early to include Halloween.

The rebadge is going to be bigger than anything ever done at Big Red prior. Finance group will be a shell of what it once was. GTS will be double what was sent over in 2017. This is the endgame.
Rebadge first, then layoffs....Aug for the first, October for the second.
