No. I would desperately stay in a worse situation, at all costs. Right after I made a nonsense thread here on the board.

I would leave for something that had interesting work, good leadership, or fully remote. If I can get an offer where any of those are true and even 20-40% less payI will be gone.

I wouldn't put too much merit in "guaranteed" these days. They could rescind the offer in a New York minute. Make sure you have everything in writing.

If the other job wins in pay, culture, commute/flexibility, career advancement, etc....why would you stay? There's nothing wrong with leaving for a better opportunity.
