Do like I do, every time the presence report is wrong, I treat myself to a liquid lunch celebration. Once a week, without fail, I get to celebrate the incompetence of AT&T. It sure does help take the edge off.

These are mostly user errors.
Nothing says looking for any reason to get rid of people than a presence report.
100% correct.
It’s never been accurate, still isn’t. I’m missing an entire week’s worth of data. Sadly decisions about people’s employment are being made based on this wildly inaccurate data. End the presence report tracking if you can’t get it right and just end the RTO BS while you’re at it. It’s honestly pathetic at this point.
