Dan or any Verizon executives lurking in here might want to take a few notes from what happened to Sprint when Ericsson was running their network. We all saw how that story played out. 😂
But hey… I’m sure outsourcing the people who actually know and maintain the network will really help with that whole “delighting the customer” thing. 🤡📶
