You don't need to start a union - you can just join one. If enough people join the same union you'll get critical mass.
Difficult to organize in such a large company? If you know you’re getting called down for reprimand you can say you want your union rep available - then point to your most trusted co-worker and you’re a union. Bargaining power to be determined.
