We have gone so hard on the Guyana model while also cutting staff that we have totally lost the ability to operate. They like it so much that it is only a matter of time before they apply the model to downstream sites and Permian..

@e4 whole team to constantly update the MOC system and add new requirements to slow things down. Soon it will be impossible to work.
There sure are a lot of stalled MOCs!
Some serious politics going on at these uncon sites. Even if there is no activity they are ramping up as if they will be providing the world’s energy. Frankly Bart should be embarrassed.
While I’m not a union fan, they are also why this is not as easy of a situation on the USGC DS sites. That would take 15+ years of lockouts to make happen and in a non Covid environment, Darren ain’t got the scrot for it.
