If I resign I need to give 30 days notice do I really need to show up to office in the final stretch? Maybe last day to turn in my computer. I’m thinking what’s the point it’s not like they can fire me, by the time “not on model” shows up I’ll be long gone.

Check the policy for the exception where you are allowed to work from
Home for up to 30 days if your direct manager approves it and then you use exception days. Not sure if it still in there or not.
@OP Absolutely do not go into the office. Nothing they can do. And do as little work as possible. Finally, make sure to use all of your remaining time. Just let your manager know what days you will be taking. You do not need anyone’s permission. Good luck. Life gets infinitely better after one leaves that cesspool.
Pro tip, they’ll ship you a box. You don’t need to go in after you resign.
I plan on not coming in for the month before i hand in my notice and definitely won't go in after. Commuting is a waste of time, energy and money.

I never stepped foot in that place again - just to return computer on last day - and happily skipped to an early happy hour right after!

No job in America cares about you. It seems that they only care about themselves and how they can use you and then hang you out to dry.
I put in my notice & only came in on my last day to turn in my cr-ppy equipment.

You probably can but you’ll also be leaving with a bad attitude and come across as not being a team player. Which is totally fine if you’re switching industries but if you’re not, I’d personally not risk not getting a good recommendation in the future or ending up under the same management again at a different firm and then remembering how you left. It’s just a month, I would go in.
I mean, you probably can but I'm not sure why you'd want to rob yourself of the collaboration, culture building, and cross-functional communication which can only be found in the office, shoulder to shoulder with your coworkers.
We were brought back, at considerable expense, solely to benefit us. We should devour any opportunity to derive those benefits.
