Consulting & Engineering Services is a masterclass in absolute incompetence. Can't consult. Can't engineer. Can't sell. Can't even bill a client properly. Then there’s Ramnut the lead "engineer". Can't do engineering because he is not an engineer but a low grade accountant. Can't do accounting because he appears to have learned accounting from a calculator with no batteries. Can't understand tax laws. Can't get an invoice sent out correctly to save his life.

Those Newcastle cnuts! They operate like a mafia. Perhaps the Newcastle staff are as dim as their management or as crazy hence they need a strong hand… but the rest of us don’t.
CES is probably the most toxic and incompetent part of the company. Every leadership role in CES is an absolute joke.
What exactly happened? Any clarity on the original post please.
This company has descended into chaos. Staffed by angry people who's real nasty side is showing out. I want nothing more to do with it - when management releases I cost more than I've billed and I've certainly added no value ( not my choice - nobody wants any work doing! ). Then it can pay my measly redundancy which will just about cover a holiday and we can all forget about it.
