@br I found the person who doesn’t know the difference between Marketing and Corp Comm.

Start handling compensation like you want to keep talent. Throw all the AI will save the unicorns cr-p out the door. Reinstate common sense on growth and development in the work force. Stop being the fool that says "we are aligning to our peers" while reducing benefits when we know darn well we are below our peers with regards to benefits. The list is far longer, but I don;t see any improvement while led by fools.

just do the opposite of what Bill did. He is the worst CEO in history and the opposite will probably be effective.

The big picture. Where and how does Truist win and what people are needed to get there. No damn consultants either. Any consultant spend is an indictment on the new leader and the board.

Hopefully the CIO. There is more to IT than just AI, yes it is new and exciting, but does it have to be capped out in every other sentence.

So much talent has left on the wealth side, actual producers and lower level managers who actually cared. What’s left is the same old sluggish leadership kissing up trying to keep their jobs. They should eliminate the current management structure and totally rebuild with people who get it. I’m not the highest level producer, but I’m big enough and if I don’t see change after this, my focus will be moving my business elsewhere. And the funny part about it, leadership could care less if people leave or not. It’s the most bizarre thing I’ve ever seen.

Truist senior fulfillment mortgage leadership inclusive head of so called originations (total lack of performance and accountability there is 100%, it’s a true comedy show) is all performative talk and zero substance. While leaders look into the camera and pat themselves on the back during town halls, manager calls, the floor is left dealing with broken promises, jacked up, make it up as you go processes with no logic and zero results and clowns running the show. You cannot demand respect when your employees see right through the empty speeches, fake smiles, scripts and hand offs! These so called leaders deliver great performances on camera, but zero results on the floor—empty praise and broken promises have completely destroyed team/employee respect and morale! We are counting on you Mike!

Desperately need a turn around and refresh/reorg on the mortgage operations side with senior leadership and at the senior Origination level. These folks are clearly out of touch with reality. No accountability for their failures and lack of effective leadership.

We the people would appreciate one remote day! We work hard. In fact, harder and longer hours remotely. The office can be extremely exhausting and too social with a lot of distractions!! Seriously, is one day too much to ask?

Find some efficiencies to create. By that, I mean eliminating positions and orgs.

Nothing of substance is likely until BillyBob has rode off into the sunset. What will be interesting to see is who if anyone jumps ship before they can be replaced. I include the BOD in that scenario.

If he is smart heads will roll on the ai debacle. Or those heads will see it coming and self-roll.

No idea what his priorities will be, but mine would be pretty clear. First, trim down the Operating Council. There are simply too many chefs in the kitchen. Then I would clean house in Marketing and get rid of the constant “purpose” messaging being shoved down our throats.

Most importantly, I would make clients the focus again instead of treating them like something to squeeze every dime out of. And finally, leadership needs to recognize who our clients actually interact with. When good teammates leave, their clients often follow them.

And you can bet your bottom dollar Sep 2nd comes after Sep 1st.

It, too, is coming soon. Not quite as soon. But almost as soon. Within a few hours. Soon enough to still call soon.

Be there or be square.
