This company can’t identify talent to save its life.
Nike is an embarrassment! I think everyone is trying like he-l to get out. It’s not even about fear of layoffs anymore. People are willing to volunteer. Toxic leaders and HR that serves the best interest of the company even when it’s unethical. I will keep speaking THE truth about what I witness and what I know happens inside the berm. Some secrets aren’t secrets. I bet many current and former employees have stories that nobody would believe.
