In the new LP filing, it looks like capital is being restructured in a way that totally sc--ws over Class A LP holders.
It appears the new Class B has no guaranteed return, but will receive all variable profits.
It appears Class A retains the 7.5% guarenteed return, but will no longer receive any variable profits. 7.5% is all you get going forward.
I guess this is their way of trying to strongarm us into converting our Class A to Class B. What a way to reward loyalty and tenure.
With all of the changes going on, I have recently decided to request a full liquidation of my LP. It is the right move for me and my family as I have lost faith in the Limited Partnership and have chosen to use it for other investment opportunities. I'm just no longer comfortable with my LP being tied up in so much poor decision making.
@gv I think some people deep down want to forget the last 3 years and pretend all is fine, it's like 2018 again. They still are holding out hope that these monsters in charge will suddenly find their moral compass.

Blass B will be all variable and likely a higher variable return in most circumstances

That is not true. Go read the latest info about it or the offer details themselves. I hate this company and what it’s turned into as much as the next guy, but this blatant fear mongering with misinformation is just so d-mb.
