COBRA asking for full payment instead of 10%

Has anyone dealt with COBRA yet? I just got a balance letter in the mail for the full amount, not the 10% (90% is subsidized by NetApp), even after speaking with the NetBenefits rep who said that I would be responsible for only the 10%.
What's your story? Did you pay the full amount and get refunded or did you have to pay only the 10%, as promised?

Wow - so they aren’t paying the severance they promised, and now they aren’t paying the insurance they promised?

NetApp must be in an incredibly dire state.

Did you get the amount that NetApp was subsidizing for your COBRA in writing? If so, I recommend reaching out to a labor lawyer. If not, a simple Google search reveals the following: "COBRA payments cost 102% of your total health insurance premium. You must pay the part you used to pay plus the part your old company paid, plus a 2% fee for office costs."
