@ah agreed i think its a combination if they want 1.5 billion is cuts its easier to do it with the low end people who make a lot due tenue

@af probably. The most tenured people in my department got let go the last time. Probably because they had the biggest salaries. Some $hit performers were let go too so maybe they try and get the best of both.
