What the title says. I see for example how much they pick on someone on our team, anlways giving them the impossible projects, steamrolling, not setting him up for success, dangling promotions that never come but expecting work done way above their pay grade and level.
Oh oh! Don’t forget. Expecting your best people to be forgiving as these same leaders have tantrums and act out of emotion and pride
Even other leaders in our department can tell. Lots of bullying type of behaviors happening
Here’s a little advice. Don’t let your leader steamroll you. Stand up for yourself. Most are gutless when confronted with facts. At some point these bad leaders will self implode. If you are on the chopping block, you have a proven stop button. You will have anxiety. Have your physician send HR a FMLA for stating this. Magically your leaders BS comes to a halt.

Remember the bottom 10% will belt go every year. Even if your Dept doesn’t have a low performer one will be picked. The so called “leaders” have to do this or they get fired.
Our team cutler su-ks on our team as well. Everyone talking about each other behind their backs. Feels more like high school than a professional work setting.
