Since this is an anonymous posting. I would really to know who has been your biggest source of pain in the organization?

Senior managers su-k across the board. They are fat cats just peddling ideas and sitting on comfortable wages.
Anyone with the title of Sr Director and above….
@gr well said. also, anyone who sets up an AI slack channel and/or who can only explain AI in controlled settings
Anyone who:
- says they are an "AI Expert"
- goes and talks on "AI panels"
- took an "AI Bootcamp"
- is a sudden AI "Engineer" (a title becoming more protected as P.Engs should be the only ones allowed to use the word - rather the use of 'developer' is much safer)
- writes their "AI-amazingness" on LinkedIn (by the way real successful people do not need or use LinkedIn, ever).
100% of the time its bullsh-t.
AI experts are ones that have been doing it for 15-20 years prior to this bubble. NOT some Random Robert on LinkedIn.
Source: 20+ yrs AI.
Tip: Don't fall for con artists and frauds who toss around their AI expertise. Likely they aren't just cons in work but in life as well.
Those who are forcing the use of AI without a proper use case
anyone who yaps about AI
@OP The nameless id--ts who thought 5 G home internet would actually work in a home with a roof and walls
ANYONE who uses office jargon, buzzwords or other complete bullsh-t AND posts the same stuff on DinkedIn.
I know as soon as the first "circle back" comes out that they are an absolute dou--ebag.
And every single fu--ing time - if rumors surrounded a person who talked like this (of them doing REALLY shady sh-t in life - like BAD stuff) it was always true - they were a total piece of cr-p human being outside and inside work - and always were not the right fit for their role, meaning they were hired through nepotism or being buddies with someone.
Sorry but buzzwords/jargon = awful waste of a human being. Every. Single. Time.
Anyone claiming Agile is the answer to our problems. Agile is the biggest fraud perpetrated on the development world! I am so tired of lazy people quoting their worthless manifesto and refusing to do sound planning, documentation and analysis. Now, who has a user story ????
@ce they used to be sent to united way.
@cm I always wondered if they were even told why. Or do they just hear "Yeah. You're great. It's great. Everything's great. We're just going to put you and your greatness in another area for a while".
@ce Thank you for that laugh. One of the first things I was told years ago was if I wanted to get promoted I had to sc--w something up really bad. And as described, every manager I have worked with that messed something up was quickly moved laterally or up a position without explanation other than there was an immediate need due their specific skills.
Search the Value Organization, anyone with the title Associate Director, Director, and Senior Director was sent there because the are insufferable and leadership doesn’t know how to fire them
Anyone who says "please do the needful" or "we will revert back". It's a warning that you will have to tell this person how our systems work. Which is unfortunate because they're the ones that are supposed to be implementing things, i.e. having to explain what a fusebox is to the person you hired to rewire your woodworking shop. They may not know what they're doing but they're cheap!
What kind of d-mb post is this? You can't post names here so why even ask? Find a word puzzle to do since you're so bored with your life. This is a layoff site, not a "I'm bored with life" site.
