Why would anyone use DXC to implements it's AI. The new players already do it better, and cheaper. Bit like the banks. You can get a better service and interest rate from the new providers. They are built from scratch, and don't have 20 years of bad practice and weird ways of working which they can't possibly change because that's how it's always been done, and the old people don't like it when these things change.

Of course in DXC land those old people are the legacy clients who haven't moved with the times and still run legacy systems that nobody but near retiring DXC staff will touch. We can only hope those clients continue to not want to change, and will just keep renewing their DXC contract to sit and watch their systems slowly rust away.

Those who failed at Enterprise Data Management will also fail with AI - initially. At least they will fall behind and struggle, until they can follow behind a better company. As they say, Garbage in, Garbage out.

AI is a real and significant help. But if they think it can just do it all for someone who's not got a clue what they are doing in the first place then good luck to them. It helps with quality. I'm not sure it helps with speed at all. But it can get you started and show a working demo with a polished UI really quickly.
