I feel as if this company has lost all credibility and respect. It’s become a laughing stock of the retail industry. I’m sorry folks, that’s just how I feel at this point.

@1cs- my store has the sweetest older people shopping in it, truly sweet and a pleasure to wait on, however, it’s definitely not a store for younger people, it’s strictly a ‘grandma’ store. It is what it is.
@1cs-the is the strangest retail store I’ve ever worked for. The culture is bizarre. For example, at 0458 Crabtree, nobody ever sees the current store manager. The main focus is avoiding night shifts. Favoritism is blatant and there is no link between actual performance and admiration from managers. We’ve also had a revolving door of both associates and managers which speaks volumes about the direction this company is headed .
Yes, stores are disgusting! Pure filth! There are several TikToks showing how nasty these stores are. Also they have not been on trend for a while. Unless you are older 60-90

Let me guess...another unhappy store associate? I think you don't know what you're talking about. Belk is still very well respected amongst our peers in retail.
