They can't take any constructive criticism without getting defensive, making excuses, and refusing accountability. In today's corporate world, errors get you fired so fast, but they seem to think mistakes are just part of the process. Good luck to them. They're going to need it.

@OP and I am so tired of old school leaders 50 and plus ..... , gossipers, backstubbers, go retire if you can not go with the flow of growth!

Really? Durring my tenure at ENB I mentored several interns and I found them to be excellent to work with, and I have continued to stay in touch with many of them years after they moved on from ENB.
