Where do I even start? Management is terrible, culture is toxic, everyone's terrified of layoffs, performance reviews are a joke, technology is outdated, suggestions are ignored, nothing ever improves, managers are rude and inappropriate, processes don't exist, leadership is absent, cronyism is rampant, employees are unheard, and raises are insulting. That about covers it.

GIS had calling cards in 2007 and we shared computers. Up until 2021 we still did our own installs and helped our delivery drivers. Say that in the same breathe as AI and tell me GIS would have survived.
It wasn't just Xerox that ruined us. Dinosaurs ruined us. But it was a great run and we printed money. It's like halal food taking over fast food.
I’m gonna find this guy that says “yawn” all the time, and says “raise the dividend”, and hang him out to dry.
Yawwwnnnnnn…..
@e2 same here. Called out the incompetence and suddenly I’m on the list getting replaced by the Lexmark person. Best thing that ever happened to me.
they can't even pay commissions properly. Does LP know that there are sales persons that have not been paid commissions since April? I told my boss I'm filing a complaint with the Labor Commissioner's office and he said who cares
This place is a bad haircut 💇♂️ with dull scissors. ✂️
And it has been that way for 20 years. Finally, was IRIF'ed when I started calling the SLT out on their nonsense. Average IQ of 83.
I left 2 years ago (after 15 years) and it was the best move I made. Xerox doesn’t care about its customers, employees or being efficient. It is only about making $$ for the C levels. Pathetically run organization.
NO IT'S NOT !!!
Business at xerox is nothing more than a figment of your imagination. Soon you will wake up and all this will be a bad dream.
Loving reading this. I left 2023 to a competitor and we continue to gobble up xerox customers. For sales its easy sell, service easy to beat Xerox support. Customers begging to come over.
sounds like they simply are a copy of other businesses...... :-)
If you are not spending 100k+ on your equipment, Xerox moves your rep to a foreign call center. If you have a local rep, it’s only because you are paying far more than you should be. Customer service only exists at Xerox if you are paying a premium. If you are a small fish, you get to deal offshore support. Greed and not caring about their customers is where Xerox went wrong
Anyone doing business with Xerox at this point is either not informed or a complete id--t. It’s a race to see who leaves faster the employees or the customers. How xerox gets anyone to sign a contract in 2026 with everything that is going on is truly a miracle. Billing, supplies, service, it’s all a mess. That’s not even factoring in the fact actually getting a service tech on site is a negotiation.
