@a9 There was a meeting with about 1000 people on it prior to the email. They had to scramble to get something out before the buzz started.

@a7 I think sometimes they are sent by time zones or in batches to avoid chance of it getting stuck in release. Based on past experience.

Yet they're still only going to have chats with divisional leaders about their concerns. Hello. The new divisional leaders ARE the issue. Telling us to talk to them and be open with them with the problem in the room? There's already retaliation, it's just gonna get worse. I fear they missed the plot entirely. 🤦🏻♀️
