Was under AB’s org (EACX) and I got evaluated as one of top performers for years. I took on extra responsibilities when other folks left and this is how I got treated this year.

This is the US bank way. Leaving was the best thing that ever happened to me. Us bank pays pennies compared to any other bank.

What do you mean by “being pushed out”? Do you get treated differently than peers? Always document, document, and document.
