Being able approved to work remotely makes you a target for the mo--n leadership here. I’ve seen many cases of former colleagues over the years who got laid off after being medically accommodated. Now I’m paranoid because my workload got increased substantially and unusually and if I don’t get them completed, they claim it as my performance issue

I dont understand how someone downgrades a true statement about being targeted. Patterns are documented and aligns with legal definitions for targeting a protected class. I am only building my case which they make easy when managers here were picked to be people leaders because they picked the right boots and have zero training to be good leaders. Instead they are mostly narcissists who are impulsive and lead with their fragile egos and feelings.
Anyone who feels impacted can you share your org?

If you have anything that documents what your workload was before and what your workload is now, be sure you keep that somewhere you can access it.
This place is absolutely targeting remote employees regardless of medical accommodations
Targeted by management team and direct manager after receiving an accommodation. Work is on point and hard to criticize that so going after my communication style (that has never been an issue in the 10 years working here).
Sounds like a possibility of class action. Not a legal expert but for goodness sake!
