@ee WS can easily sell stcb to conginzant. Like they did back in 2008 with outsourcing all to ISP (hp/tsi/att). Easy.
No innovation just warm bodies keeping the lights on.

@az you say this as someone who isn’t part of a business that is earning money for Shell. The only thing that has come from STCB is frustration and empty promises. The over-promise and under-deliver model is finally being recognized. There is no reason that it should take eight people, three different teams, and five levels of approval to get simple things accomplished when it’s something that one person can do anywhere else in the world. The hierarchical culture only slows down business. India has to address these issues culturally before anyone else will see workers there as anything other than cheap labor.

@ay same situation please tell of you know something. I moved recently from hyderabad to stcb ...any help highly appreciated, is reorg or impact on the card?
I understand the concern, especially for the team in Bangalore. What’s frustrating is seeing people jump ship after spending nearly two years without really moving things forward, only to go to another company when the hard decisions and execution are finally needed.
I’m also hoping we can get clarity on STCB soon, close out STCH and ETCA properly, and continue investing more here in India. There’s a strong team and a lot of potential here, but people need some stability and confidence in the direction.
