Thread regarding DST Systems layoffs

Layed off, but don't miss backstabbers

I was cut. New place of employment does not allow people to blame others and backstabbing. At Dst everyone passed the buck and blamed others for problems. Blame always went downhill, never up. Actually the programs and processes at dst were in place YEARS before people in my dept started working there. Issues were not our fault. The flaws were there before we started. Dst was big egos and small minds

Passing the blame was used by most managers. Unstead of facing a problem head on. Its a sign of bad management. Warren buffet says that is the top negative trait he will never tolerate. It was however the operating standard at dst. Blame the new gal for code that was written 10 years ago, cause her client complained about a issue it caused

Yes its been gone 8 years
But you can see hundreds of people view these posts. Its a historic site now. People who used to work there can post their experiences. The code and client who use it still exist.
