The WARN notice for the WA layoffs came out of Overland Park. I don't think Ive ever seen that in the 20 years I worked at corporate. Official notices and high level items always came out of Newport. Shows how much the culture has changed, executive functions are originating out of Kansas City.

@OP Get a clue. The socialist Mayor of Seattle has made business offices in the city limits costly with a head tax per employee. Thats why for Class A office space its only 40-50 dollars per square foot. Factoria in Bellevue is running 57-67 a square foot with no head tax. Amazon just moved most of their employees to Bellevue. Rents will just go up

The Magenta Service Center (MSC) shifted many of the backoffice business functions to OP. I know what you're saying but the Notice coming out of OP is not a surprise...
But the Overland Park building are leased . How can HQ move ?
Yes, I noticed it when I posted it in the ongoing thread, yesterday.
The T-Mobile Corporate Office in Bellevue (e.g. Headquarters) was called the Field Service Center back in the day.
So I assume the "Magenta Service Center" is now the new Corporate HQ of T-Mobile moved to Overland Park.
We told folks 6 years ago this would happen...
