She’s not the only person frustrated with Dell Technologies. Following the two most profitable quarters ever, the company changed comp plans for most sales roles. The change decreased personal cash flow for 2/3 of each quarter making it uncomfortable if not painful for many.
Then, Dell Technologies set unrealistic AI server and CSG targets in a ‘wait and see’, slightly tapering market.
Then, they came back and tightened comp for VRC reps (again).
It was an ISR that said, "they better stop messin with our pay im bouta make us all a headline - kendall leave after lunch u were always nice to me" - This was during a team meeting and she sent this message in teams. She was then escorted out by security and arrested. She was charged with False Report – Emergency, which is being charged as a Class C felony. Her case is currently open.

The probable cause is as follows:
On August 27th, 2026, Officers responded to Dell Technologies inc. in regard to the defendant making the following statements to fellow employees during an online “Teams” meeting. The statement is as follows: “They better stop messin with our pay im bouta make us all a headline- kendall leave after lunch u were always nice to me”.
In doing so, the defendant circulated a false report of an impending mass casualty event, specifically, an active sho-ter situation. The subject matter that the defendant voluntarily posted to social media created a reasonable fear of imminent serious bodily injury and consumed significant emergency resources. Detectives obtained a felony warrant for false report-Emergency TCA 39-16-502(A)(3) *3.
