What is up with the Voya 401k website? Broken links. No access to adjusting funds.

My spouse has a non-XOM Voya retirement account and it wasn't working yesterday either. I was able to make a trade earlier in the week. And yes, it su-ks too!!
It is a very badly designed website. Nothing is intuitive and takes so much digging to find relevant information.
