FrontEnd Teams absolutely need to go

Idk where to begin but I feel the website is an absolute trash. Like batshit trash.

I tried to add the Google AI pro on my FIOS plan and well, you can't.

Why the heck it is so difficult to navigate through the website?

Same with Verizon Dollars, can't find what is the balance on my Verizon dollars. The chatbot does not respond.

Tried to call in the service rep, it literally said the VOICEMAIL iS FULL and hanged up. My wife next to me literally started laughing as how can a company this big is so full of cr-p.

@k9 I don't have employee account. Why would I only have FiOS, if I were an employee.

I navigating the app and website and found VZ shine and dollars. Also upgraded 2 phones, its pretty easy. OG poster sounds like they can't work a TV remote either, the scary part is they probably drive daily on the roads with others. Someone pray for them.

Dan, if you are listening, just use the Verizon website and app by yourself. Please. Just use it like a normal customer would.
Try to score Verizon shine.
Try to add any perks to your plan.
Try to add lines to your plan.
Try to navigate the website.
