Dental claims has 2 new hire offshore classes with 40(+?) people. There are not even 40 people on this team currently. The odds are pretty high for this team to be laid off, isn't it? 😫

@aw Agree that it’s an afterthought but disagree that it won’t be around much longer. Dental is a profitable business with better profit margins than most of medical. Also, is often sold bundled with medical and is one of the top requested employee benefits. It doesn’t make any sense to sell it.
However, if Cigna keeps underinvesting in it, our product will become uncompetitive in 3-5 years.
Dental is an afterthought.
It won’t be around much longer.
