Does any one have an idea when the reorganization will come to the refineries? I've heard rumors of October but if they announce the new chart then I don't know if layoffs will happen then or after the first of the year.

@e8 EOI are no longer being offered in the energy biz. That’s old-school thinking. Employees no longer have a choice in their future. They are property of the company they work for and will leave only when they are told.
In have never, in all my years, seen frontline employees at the refineries get laid off. In 2020 there were some engineers and general stuff that left, but they all volunteered in the EOI process.
@d7 not part of the re-orgnmaybe, but they'll definitely form part of the mega sell off over the next 18 months.
Company is being parcelled up and sold in pieces.
Frontline which j assume is refineries is not part of the re org, unless you are some sort of solutions / technical role
