Anyone else fed up with the false metrics leadership is using to measure success in the risk and control space. Its ironic that the department that was built up because of the sales metic that was an illusion of added profits is now deploying the same metic illusions of reduced costs.

Remember: the purpose of everything HY does is to torment you in the hopes that it will motivate you to voluntarily depart and forgo your severance. There's no other plan or motive here. Don't let them win. Laugh it off, play the game. The reality is, this band of incompetents won't be running the company forever. Their only job is to reach a heading objective. Once they do, they deploy the golden parachutes and we have a chance to get an actual leadership team.
