All the cdo s are a joke. CDOs are in their own island. No collaboration with anyone. No data no AI. This CDO leadership needs to be relooked at. Bank is not payments industry.

People hiring their friends and cronies instead of the best possible talent? Indeed. In one case, it was done right in the face of the entire board. It’s a recipe for mediocrity and underperformance.that should never be tolerated.
