Bear in mind that they have transitioned some CS folks that were employed under PayPal and gave the option to lose their position or to be employer through an outsourcing company. This will technically count as employees laid off.
Lots of folks posting about being impacted are still active... so Slack deactivations are certainly not finalized yet for most that I've seen
a lot of people impacted haven't had their slacks deactivated yet
