Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Hey management, regarding your use of the AMA term...

If we have to pre-submit questions, it's not an AMA. That last A stands for "anything", meaning your filtering of submitted questions removes the "anything" from the "Ask Me".

There is no better way to communicate to employees that you DGAF about employee-relevant questions.

@ag that and he hates cranberry sauce. I think they determined that Charlie will just keep hurting himself even more when you get to know him

Anyone remember Chainsaw being asked who was going to win the Super Bowl, and his response was that he didn’t know who was playing and the sport was too violent for him? Chuckie is entitled to his opinions however that was the exact day that live questions went away. So many “ums” and “ahs” we all got a migraine just trying to hear the answer (he likes rich people sports like Polo, not football, you degenerates!)

The fact we have leaders still pretending to have "open forums" for questions is ludicrous. Before questions are submitted in advance, leaders already have topics they refuse to address. And it's normally all the ones they know people are concerned about.

Even when Corporate Communications or someone in their circle pushed them to at least address real issues or gives them talking points on thorny topics - the leaders say "no.".

Unless you see a real employee actually ask the question, everything else that gets asked or presented as a question, is fabricated in advance. "We received several questions about what your summer vacations plans are" or "what's in your streaming/Spotify playlist".

It's all theater and worst of all, pointless give is all the time back and stop the performative "I'm a leader who cares and listens" act .
