100% AI was used in RIF. Slack threads, Confluence pages, Emails, Performance Reviews. All of it was used to model out scenarios.
Just like during performance and promotion reviews, AI is used.
@a2 I think it was meant as a joke but to be fair I'm sure they are trying to use for AI for everything these days
