I think the survey is a trick to save money. CEO said few weeks ago that a percentage of everyone’s bonus is dependent on the [positive] survey results. Don’t meet the score, sorry! You miss out X from the bonus. Even if everyone gave top marks, they can say we got a low score, and who’s going to question that? No one.
I plan to take it again and go even harder than last time.. It would be hilarious to see stinks head explode knowing that his efforts haven’t changed a thing. Silence does nothing. Speak your truth.

Either they get results they can spin for the board and investors or they pretend it never happened with the lack of responses. This won’t mean anything.
Get rid of GenX? This company choses to pay GenX $200k+ a year in salary, bonuses, and benefits instead of providing $12k a year in retiree pre-Medicare medical so they’ll retire early. Don’t expect much from leadership as far as decision making skills.
Survey. Get rid of Gen X and hope the others stop watching the BS they/them
