CDO and his cdo s are a joke with no real transformation experience. They replaced one sales guy with another from non banking space. All believe in hero culture no collaboration or empowerment. Frontier banks lead with good data. This team is not it.

It’s been a sh-t show since Merger. Got rid of Ameet Sh---y. Selected a double threat DEI candidate who only knew how to spend on consultants. Then The Mazzaferro and Harveer improprieties and kickbacks. Now the Microsoft only Belaud who don’t know sh-t. DH is decent guy.
