How can one person manage to sink what was once a great Company. He has taken on so much debt with failing results and yet the BOD have done nothing to hold him accountable. I guess the good news is they all get to walk the red carpets at movie premieres now.

Maybe its because he is Chairman of the Board????? He might also be in a GOOGLE Office with Collaboration Zones so he is safe. I still remember his video of touting the NANO degrees asking the guy so I just press this button here and I ready to get my degree?
How many badges has he earned, does he have a NANO degree, maybe he needs to PIVOT

He did not get laid off because he is in a collaboration zone. Remember it isn't about performance, it is about you address.
The ship is going to sink if the dinosaurs at the helm aren't removed soon. Randall, Stankey, and Donovan need to go elsewhere so they can destroy some other corporations next. Customers are leaving in droves. Employee morale is at an all time low.
Have you looked at our board of directors? It's filled with a bunch of exects from other huge corporation on many of which AT&T exects serve on the board as well, it's all about taking care of their own first.
