The problem is that TR never encouraged skill development or training

Does TR not lay-off new hires (<2 yrs with TR)?

All this lay-off and RIF is worrying. Is this a good time to join Thomson Reuters full time in any role at one of the hubs (Dallas/Toronto/MSP)?
Pension payouts
I read that changes have been made that make it easier for companies to offer pension payouts. Do you the TR will go this route?
