So pretty much everyone in my group got the same BPI and obviously STI as well. So it doesn’t matter if you’re a low or top performer. Makes sense now why I see some talented people here do the the bear minimum.

For BPI and STI should be out to managers by EOD on Monday. This is according to a reliable source for at least my group. I suppose HR staff supporting other groups may be slower, but I don't expect that to be the case. Good luck, everybody.

Did they eliminate the Business Unit specific modifiers for this year (2022 payout)? How can they change the goals after we worked towards them all year?

It aligns well with the schedule and required notice before end of Q1. It allows for comms on 2022 to be completed for all impacted parties. Org announcements delayed until after that date apparently furthering strengthening that day as the day. I... — read more

Have there been any updates on sti payouts I’ve seen 75-85% reported but haven’t heard anything else also assuming BPI will be in the 2-3% range not enough to cover inflation.

I once told an acquaintance where I worked and I could swear that he forced himself not to smile, like he was about to laugh in my face. What am I, a court jester? How did we become such a laughing stock? What a mess this company is.

Rumor mill is stating employees in some departments that had 15 years or more were pulled in and offered VSP??? Are these rumors or truth?

Pretty quiet on here today. If layoffs were happening the board would have been blowing up around 8am EST but I’m not seeing anything. Still feel like something has to be coming. Maybe 2/16?

As the workforce has shrunk, it's become apparent the dead weight. Much of this weight is easy to spot with countless & pointless calls throughout the day. Are you deadweight?

I say 100% STI and a 6% raise. Verizon knows their employees aren’t stupid. 100% pay 100% work. 6% to keep up with inflation.

Vz intranet article said Q4 was 'great'. A quick google search says Q4 was bad. I see lots of shady, unethical decisions coming in 2023.
