Consolidation on the retail and indirect channels continue. Move to Business - Consumer segmentation versus channels resulting in heavy cuts in the indirect channel internally and would expect continued agent consolidation.

Speaking of salaried employees. Your can get Leading Performing HR now calculates STI and bonus and pay increase. But let's say you got "Leading" rating, what does it buy you? +1% of base pay vs "Performing "?
