I over heard our managers talking a few days ago. Our district manager was asking for coachings on the bottom 10% of sales reps. With all the rumors, it makes sense.

Any word on SMB Specialist being cut? The majority are not hitting quota under the new commission structure. From what I've heard the new cuts are coming without warning meaning they are not telling the RBSM,GM anyone that could leak information.
