Has anyone had dealings with an Equal Employment Opportunity EEO Employee Consultant from Verizon Wireless? If so, how did it go? Do you think you were heard? Did he or she accomplish what you wanted?

I work in a small IT team. There is 8 of us. 2 folks quit this month, we'll see where this takes us - people feel fairly unsafe and unstable here at VZ, that's why they are bailing. I hope it gets better. Have a great weekend.

Verizon in Franklin TN announced in Feb that our last day will be June 29 2018....so no more call center there.

Just say the word union and HR/managers freak the f*** out! Word is all the managers were told to back off of us completely. We all get a six month pass with no documentation or negative coachings!

Why are there job postings for Solution Specialists on Monster when it's all but certain they are the next to be cut by Verizon? How does this make any sense at all?

I heard Verizon switching the quota system in July based on the trail version. When Verizon switches the quota it normally for the better but I’m kinda scared what they are gonna switch it to.
