Worked in three call centers. I liked Albuquerque the best. Sandwiches from Dion's and downtown were cool. The area around the call center was bad.

Small and family oriented … we were the best

Our Call Center was the goods. Plus, we had the hotel restaurant and bar in the same parking lot. We also had Starbucks. Our management was super mellow.

Since metric don't matter at all anymore, my goal is to issue as many credits as possible to every person. Adding promos, waiving fees, crediting a full month of service. You want to throw us out? Let me take you down too.

Sorry Utah and Chandler. Franklin was laid back and fun. We had good supervisors too. I miss the call center environment. I worked in Albuquerque for a while. They were mellow as well.

West Valley City was the best Call Center. I didn't mind Chandler either.
